Working along side the Festival Director and Event Manager to develop and deliver a 7 day 5,000 capacity outdoor music festival in the French Alps. An outdoor snow covered greenfield site, multi stage music festival with an indoor and night time Live Music & DJ based dance music entertainment program and games experiences.

Scope of work: Production / Project Management solutions that include:

360˚ planning and consultation services
Design and develop the festival site
Produce full local authority licensing documentation and operational plans
Technical equipment and staff procurement across all areas of the festival
Technical artist advance and backline procurement
Equipment logistics & staff travel planning / management
Technical delivery plan
On site management of all aspects

APH have built a solid working relationship with Mainstage Festivals Limited Snowboxx Festival, having worked with them since 2016. The Festival is held deep in the French Alps on the stunning resort in Avoriaz, 1800m above sea level, the resort is above the snow line. Snowboxx is a Festival with multiple indoor and outdoor stages, APH supplies DAS Audio networked systems to all venues.
